Warm days call for park visits. Armadillos love how close we are to Blue Heron, and the teachers love being reminded that even teenagers love playing!
More hands-on learning for students and hands-off for the teacher. We teach the skill and the safety and then sit back and watch the awesome 👌
Armadillo students learn by doing and also have the opportunity to earn their OSHA10 before graduating!
Civic engagement in action! Students learned all about how to be civicly engaged, wrote letters to a representative, and mailed them today (also visited the local post office).
Hands-on, independent projects build real-world skills... such as measuring and using power tools safely!
